Position Summary

We craft a credible and compelling marketing document for each search assignment, incorporating key insights from the Discovery phase to effectively sell the opportunity.

Research and Candidate Development

Limiting our engagements allows us to move swiftly. Two weeks into candidate development, a calibration call is conducted to share developing profiles and gather initial feedback, enabling early course corrections if needed.

Candidate Presentation

Candidates are presented either as a “slate” or on a rolling basis as they are evaluated, providing flexibility in the presentation approach.

Our Process

Progress Meeting

Frequent two-way communication is vital. We request weekly or bi-weekly meetings with clients to keep active candidates engaged and the search process on target.

Offer Negotiation

We collaborate closely with both client and candidate to set and manage appropriate offer expectations, assisting comprehensively in the decision-making process.

Transition

Upon offer acceptance, we assist in the resignation process and conduct regular check-ins post-start date, offering unvarnished feedback and acting as a supportive onboarding and cultural advisor. Our commitment extends beyond placement to ensure a seamless transition and long-term success.
