Our Team

Megan is a dedicated recruitment professional with over 25 years of comprehensive experience in corporate, consulting, and retained search environments. Her primary focus lies in leading and executing search assignments within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors. Megan’s areas of expertise spam a variety of functional areas including drug discovery, clinical development, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, pharmacovigilance, market access, commercial, quality, corporate, and manufacturing.

In her previous role as a Consultant, Megan was retained by client companies such as GSK, Merck and Shire, to serve as an internal and external resource for their hiring needs. She managed full-lifecycle scalable staffing projects, ranging from confidential executive searches to high-volume hiring expansions. Additionally, Megan brings extensive experience in assessing, designing, and implementing best practice recruitment processes. Megan initiated her career in 1994 as an Executive Search Consultant for a retained search firm specializing in the managed care and pharmaceutical industries. Megan holds a BBA from the University of CO.
